Dear Parishioners and Friends of Saint Mary’s:
It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Beatty Smith.    Beatty and Audrey were active members at Saint Mary's for several years before moving to a retirement community in Topsham.  One would frequently see Audrey performing her office angel duties or in the church ushering  while Beatty would be somewhere close by with a ready quip to make you smile.

A small service was held to celebrate the life of Beatty Smith earlier today where they live at the Highlands - officiated by with a clergy person from their former church in PA who lives in Brunswick now.

Our prayers are with Audrey and  members of the Smith family as well as friends and colleagues.  May the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace, and light perpetual shine upon them.
