March 6, 2016 – The Fourth Sunday in Lent
Lenten Community Project: Growing a Rule of Life
You can still participate in part of our Lenten community study, even if you have not yet been part of it. Go to www.SSJE.org/growrule to view all of the materials released so far. There are daily videos and workbooks pages for your use.
Lenten Neighborhood Foyers: Wednesday, March 9 at 6:30 PM
All Saint Marians are invited to join a one-time small group of parishioners in your “neighborhood”. Look for your invitation to a Foyer soon! A simple dessert will be offered, and we’ll have a discussion of Living In Rhythm: Following Nature's Rule. Copies of this article are available on the SSJE website and also in the Parish House. Let’s talk about how we balance the demands of life and use our time in God-honoring ways. If your invitation didn’t reach you, please call the parish office, 781-3366.
"Be Still" : every Monday in Lent, 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Especially for busy parents, a time to “Be Still” is offered each Monday in Lent (February 15, 22, 29, March 7, 14, 21). This is time for quiet in the Father James Chapel.
This is a time for YOU. Take the time - time to breathe, re-center, reflect, to “be” with God. Come for five minutes, or come for the hour!
Newcomer's Welcome on Sunday, March 13th
Next Sunday, March 13, we join together to welcome "Newcomers & Old Friends Returning" If you are new or relatively new or returning to S. Mary's, please join us at either 8am or 10am church service so that you can be introduced and enjoy a warm welcome and good fellowship during Coffee Hour.
If you plan to attend or have any questions, please contact Mary Ann McLean, 781-4871 or e-mail mmclean3@maine.rr.com.
Lenten Schola Concert: Sunday, March 13 at 4 PM

Tickets are $20 (students are free) and available at the door or at www.stmaryschola.org. Come early at 3:30 PM for a pre-concert discussion of the music to be performed.
Other performances: March 8, Cathedral of Immaculate Conception, 7:30 ( 7pm pre-
talk) and March 11, Episcopal Cathedral of St. Luke, 7:30 ( 7pm pre-talk)
Honor Family or Friends with flowers on the Saint Mary’s altar
Because Easter is upon us, we are extending the opportunity for Easter Memorials, and we also invite you to mark any memorials, birthday, celebration or special dates throughout the year. Attached to this AVE is a form that anyone can fill out to honor the memorial of a loved one or to honor and celebrate a special event, or that special someone who you would like to recognize. It could be a living mother, father, child, a graduate or just a marking of a special time. For more information, click here or contact the parish office.
Christian Formation
Guiding RAY (Religious Adventures for Youth)
At 9:30 AM, Family Chapel is a brief time for families and children to be with Fr. Nathan in the Chapel. Guiding RAY classes begin immediately afterward at 9:45 AM.
The Nursery is open for our youngest disciples downstairs beginning at 9:45 AM.
The Middlers: in transition
The Middlers program is on hold until two new leaders are found. We are hoping soon to hire two young adults to lead the group every Sunday from now until June. Until then, youth are welcome to hang out in the Youth Room. But they are asked not to stay there during the Eucharist, but rather come and join their families in the liturgy. Thank you!
Young Life Club: Monday, March 7 at 7:31 PM
All area high schoolers are invited to crash the Herdrich’s home at 2 Town Landing Rd in Falmouth (the corner of Foreside Rd and Town Landing). Park in the corner lot across the street. It’s better if you bring a friend!

Noonday Prayer every weekday in the Chapel

On Thursdays, we include prayers for healing and the Eucharist.
