Legacy Project - Landscaping Plans and Maintenance

As the Legacy "piece" of the grounds landscaping nears completion, we are blessed to have a small group of parishioners knowledgeable about this subject to pick up the gauntlet!  Many thanks to Lucy Ellis, Jean Gulliver, Talie Harris and Hannah Russell who are updating the "master" campus landscaping plan, as well as developing a maintenance schedule.  Working with the Buildings and Grounds committee, they will ensure that these and future grounds upgrades are appropriate and sustained!  Are you interested in "digging in the dirt?"  Please contact a member of this group to offer your planting, weeding and watering services!  Thank you!

Check the Temporary Legacy Donor Board!

At the entrance to the Auditorium, there is a draft version of our Legacy donor board. This is a poster version of the permanent donor board we will soon be ordered. Please check your listing to ensure that we have listed you correctly. On the table in front of the temporary board, there's a sheet for corrections to be noted. Please clearly write the correction. We'll confirm your changes before we soon place the final order. For those who may not yet have pledged and want to be listed, send in your Legacy pledge form soon so we can ensure that you make it on the Board!!

Letters and Remembrances of Father James

The Book of James Committee has completed a collection of selected AVE articles by Fr. James and our remembrances of and for him.  The collection will be available immediately on our website in PDF form.  There are also 5 spiral-bound copies in the Chapel bookcase that you may sign out to take home and read and return. Please see Beth to do so.  One copy will remain in the chapel permanently with the Book of James.
