Youth Ministry
Can You Give One Hour This Summer to Our Youngest Parishioners?
We are in need of parishioners to staff the Nursery on Sundays during summer! Our devoted nursery caregiver, Alison Hayward, will be in the UK this summer to visit with and care for her parents and hopefully enjoy a very well-deserved vacation. We need one adult to work with our teen assistant, Rose Claar each Sunday, from 9:45-11am through June 12 and then 9:30-10:30 for the rest of the summer, to ensure that our youngest parishioners have the care they need throughout this period. This is a paid position - adults will receive $35 each Sunday they serve, with sincere gratitude from Parish leadership and the Guiding RAY program.
If you can help us out...and we are so very much hoping that you can... please click on the following link and inscribe your name next to the date you select.

Young Life Club: Not this week, but on Monday, June 6 at 7:31PM
Our area Young Life Club is growing all the time! All area high schoolers (and eighth -graders) are invited to come and bring a friend. The more people, the better! Next week’s Club will meet once more at the Herdrich’s house at 2 Town Landing Rd, Falmouth. If anyone is curious about this, please contact Fr. Nathan who is on the YL Committee.
Guiding RAY (Religious Adventures for Youth)
At 9:30 AM, Family Chapel is a brief time for families and children to be with Fr. Nathan in the Chapel. Guiding RAY classes begin immediately afterward at 9:45 AM.
The Nursery is open for our youngest disciples downstairs beginning at 9:45 AM.
Youth Celebration Sunday: June 12 at 10 AM
As the 2015-2016 Guiding RAY year comes to a close, we look forward to celebrating our children and teachers on June 12 at our 10am service and with our traditional Strawberry Shortcake Sunday that will follow both services. There will be no formal Guiding RAY classes that day (though the Nursery will be open for business.) Our children will take part and help in the service that day. After the service, Guiding RAY will host the special Strawberry Shortcake feast at coffee hour, where we hope all will attend and wish our families and teachers a well-deserved rest from classes.

Community Care & Nurture
Wisdom Seekers: Tuesdays at 10:30 AM – continue study of “Half-Truths”
The Wisdom Seekers will be reading Half Truths by Methodist pastor and popular author Adam Hamilton to explore what the Bible does say about God's activity in our lives. Anyone is welcome to join the discussion on any Tuesday. The group is led by Deacon Christine and meets in the Guild Room.
Noonday Prayer every weekday in the Chapel
Prayer is central to our community. This takes 10 minutes and all are welcome. You are also invited, wherever you may be, to STOP and PRAY at 12 noon for those in need, for our parish family, for our bishop, and for your own life with God. On Thursdays, we include prayers for healing and the Eucharist.
Thursday Eucharist: two more weeks until a summer break
Looking for inspiration and spiritual community during the week? This is what happens on Thursdays in the Chapel. This is a beautiful, informal time to gather at the Lord’s Table with a meditation on the scriptures or the lives of the saints, time for group discussion, and prayers for healing. June 9 will be the last gathering before summer.
