Christian Formation and Youth Notes
Guiding RAY (Religious Adventures for Youth)
On regular Sundays from September to June, we offer programs for our youths in many forms. The nursery opens at 9:30 for our infants and toddlers to 3 years old.
This Sunday, the Guiding RAY kids will watch the Veggie Tales movie "The Duke and great pie War” The film is a delightful tale inspired by the biblical story of Ruth and Naomi. The film runs 45 minutes, so we will begin promptly after Family Chapel and we will join the familes for communion in the church sanctuary at the normal time. The movie will be shown in the youth room downstairs and The movie is rated G. Click here to watch a preview
Next week....Next week....There will be no Guiding RAY classes so that we can all participate in the service that will feature the visiting St Cecelia Choir from Rhode Island, a Royal School of Church Music choir. Please plan on joining and welcoming the RSCM kids on Saturday for a special spaghetti dinner at 6:15pm! The first three rows of the sanctuary will be reserved for Guiding RAY families on Sunday. If your child would like to participate in the service (i.e. usher, lead the prayers of the people, present the gifts), please contact Megan Akers at GuidingRAY@smary.org

The whole parish is invited to join them at a Saturday night spaghetti dinner (volunteer kitchen help & servers needed!!) at which the St. Celica chorus will sing for us. Sunday, April 30, we will welcome them as they sing the anthem during our 10 AM liturgy.
